Founded in 2022 by Denzel Williams, Elijah Riley and AJ Greene, the L.I.MITLESS Foundation was built on a lifelong bond formed through football and strengthened by shared perseverance. From carpooling to youth games to ultimately winning the Long Island Championship, their journey was defined by discipline, teamwork, and resilience. As they advanced into successful professional careers, they remained grounded in the lessons and community that shaped them. Recognizing that many young athletes lack consistent access to mentorship, structured development, and financial resources, they established the L.I.MITLESS Foundation to bridge that gap. In August 2025, Donovan Lynch joined the Foundation as an integral member of the Board. Since that time, he plays a key leadership role in overseeing foundation budgeting and guiding strategic planning efforts aimed at enhancing event experiences and strengthening overall operational efficiency. His contributions help position the organization for sustainable growth while elevating the quality and impact of its programming. At its core, the L.I.MITLESS Foundation is about more than football, it is about equipping young people with the confidence, structure, and guidance needed to succeed on and off the field.
Engagement and connection are foundational. The organization works alongside other local nonprofits, high schools, and families to build a network of support and mutual growth. By fostering unity, L.I.MITLESS creates a safe and uplifting environment for youth and their families.
Developing high-character individuals is a priority. L.I.MITLESS focuses on leadership, empathy, integrity, and interpersonal skills, nurturing young people into servant leaders who are resilient and self-aware.
Healthy competition drives growth. Through quality coaching and structured programs, L.I.MITLESS ensures participants develop teamwork and discipline while striving for excellence.
Our goal is to unite the athletics community on L.I. and foster an environment based on character development, healthy competition, and community building. We want to see the next generation flourish as they prepare to take on life’s many challenges.
Selfless service and leadership are core values of ours. We believe by offering volunteer opportunities to our athletes they see the impact they have first hand. Our goal is to build groups of young leaders who want to drive positive change in their community.
By fundraising, hosting events, and personally giving back we are coming together to provide resources to individuals and communities that need them most. We believe that by raising the floor we are pushing our athletes to higher heights.
Relationships are the core of every community. We aim to build genuine relationships by connecting with our athletes and their parents. Our mentor-mentee relationships transcend the athletics fields by being more than a coach to athlete relationship. We work to earn trust and respect by giving it first, and being mentors of integrity.
We are eager to team up with individuals and organizations pursuing similar goals. We aim to build a network rooted in relationships and community building to broaden the impact of our efforts and services. It takes a village!
